Warranty Policy for APT Display

Warranty Period

Our display products come with a commitment to quality and reliability. We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty, ensuring that your display remains in excellent working condition. This warranty period is calculated from the production date, which can be found on the back of the display unit. It's our way of assuring you that we stand behind our products and value your satisfaction.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

While we strive to provide a hassle-free warranty service, there are certain conditions under which the free warranty service will not be applicable. Understanding these conditions can help you maintain the warranty coverage on your display. The warranty does not cover:

1. Expiry of Warranty Period: The warranty service is active for 2 years from the production date of your display. Once this period has elapsed, any services or repairs will be subject to charges.

2. Improper Use: Any failure or damage caused by not adhering to the instructions for use will void the warranty. It's crucial to follow the operational guidelines provided in the user manual to ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your display.

3. Unauthorized Modifications: If the display is disassembled, altered, or modified by anyone other than authorized service personnel, the warranty becomes void. We strongly advise against self-repair or modification, as it not only risks your safety but also affects the performance and lifespan of the display.

4. External Causes: Damages or malfunctions resulting from causes beyond the product's material or workmanship, including but not limited to accidents, acts of God, misuse, or external forces, are not covered under this warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with the product's serial number, a detailed description of the issue, and proof of purchase.
